I think we'll see a shift towards smaller, more specialized dealerships. Maybe even pop-up shops in urban areas. And, of course, a big focus on service and maintenance. Because let's face it, even if you buy your car online, it still needs regular check-ups.

Another interesting trend is the rise of subscription services. I know, I know, it sounds crazy. But imagine paying a monthly fee for access to a car, instead of buying it outright. It's gaining traction, and dealerships will need to figure out how to incorporate that into their business model.
